Salma:

This Pistachio and raspberry entremet was successful on the first try! Made this for my brother's 18th birthday. He chose his tastes and here is the result. It is very minimalist and simplistic as I like. My motto: less is more .
Donuts with three chocolates and mini caramel apple cheesecakes that I made for a tea party with friends. As you can see, I love baking for those around me. This is what makes my passion so dear to my heart.

Cynthia: My favorite fruit is strawberries, and therefore "fraisier" is one of my favorite cakes! On every birthday I have my fraisier but unfortunately in 2020 the first lockdown was announced for the eve of my 20th birthday and it is for this reason that my parents had the unfortunate idea of freezing my strawberry plant to avoid getting outside...
So for my 21st birthday I had the idea of making my own fraisier because you are never better served than by yourself!
I perfected the recipe so that it is tasty and light . I also touched up the aesthetics of my cake and I find it perfect!

Mila:

It must have been the 2nd time I made macarons and I was surprised how well they came out! To succeed, I looked for a recipe for "unmissable" macaroons and I found this one 👈🏼 (the recipe starts from 2min!) And they really are unmissable!
For fodder, I have make a lemon cream~ I tend to modify the recipes as I like. 😆
Are they cookies ? Are these brownies ? Well it's actually a mix of both! A kind of... Brookie... Or Coonie... Anyway.
Crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, this is the best cookie recipe I've found! They are perfect to accompany a hot drink in winter. Comfort personified!
I like to eat one with just a glass of milk~
I found the recipe on Pinterest ! But I modified it by using Valrhona 66% dark chocolate , brown sugar instead of vergeoise and I customed it by placing cashew nuts or pieces of chocolate on top before baking! Let your imagination run wild!
